Preface
I am very glad to published this local health bulletin of madan upazilla. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014.I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning & bridging the gaps in health services of this upazilla.It has many data stored in this file.This health bulletin will help us to find contains &also to see the results and achievment of 2014.The bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help us localize the MDG target.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water & sanitation status of the upazilla.all the sanctioned & vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. Madan Upazilla is 30km east from netrakona headquarters.It has 08 unions with 121 villages & 31900 Households.The upazilla health complex is located in the north side in the upazilla. The upazila Health Complex is a 50 beded hospital. Here only normal delivery regularly done. caeserian section & Blood Transfusion Not Possible.Due to Vacant post of Consultant Nurses,Statistician, MT(Lab), MT(Rad), MT(Car).it is very Difficult to manage roster.I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue.to Fill up the vacant posts & Repairing of UHC Building Quarters CC &New quarters for accoumodation of doctors Nurses & Staffs for giving the better health Service to the upazilaFinally i would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us on step ahead toward digital bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues for Madan Upazila Health Complex
last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here i like to mention some Important factors which will help us to achive good results in future.1.The vacant post should be filled Immediately. 2.Number of community Clenic Should be increased. 3.all the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible.4.Our hospital requires repair 100Ma X-ray machine.I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2015.The document will help us to compare our progress in up comming year.
