Preface
This is my great pleasure to publish this HEALTH BULLETIN 2014 of Rajbari district. The bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014. The bulletin contains the organization at a glance of the zilla, existing health facilities in this zilla, Number of patients served in OPD, Emergency & Indoor of the facilities.Top 10 diseases according to the number of patients admitted in the district hospital and upazilla health complexes in the year 2014, Top 10 diseases according to the number of deaths among the admitted patients in this district hospital and upazilla health complexes in year 2014, water & sanitation status of the district, BOR & HDR in this district hospital and upazilla health complexes, class wise man power data with percentage of vacant post, Category wise manpower in different health facilities, existing important equipment in district hospital. The sanctioned and vacant post are also published in this bulletin which may draw the attention of higher authority to take necessary action. As well as the local officials & elites to realize the working situation in the facilities. Finally i would like to congratulate the MIS Department of DGHS for this health bulletin software, which may set us one step ahead towards Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Rajbari Civil Surgeon Office
Important information and necessary issues for Rajbari Civil Surgeon Office For the year 2014. We tried to our best to provide a good health services.To offer better health services we have to overcome some constrain :- 1) All the vacant post should be filled up. 2) Strengening of IMCI services by proper training of IMCI related health provider. 3) For better maternal health services both FWA & HA should work jointly. I am very glad to publish this Health Bulletn-2014. This may help us planning for the next year.From this document the people of the District will came to know the present health status of the District and they can give us useful advise for further improvement of their health status. Wish co-operation from peoples of all levels for approaching to achieve MDG Goals by reducing maternal, neonatal & under 5 death. Make meaningful celebration of awarding prizes to our Honorable Prime Minister from UN.
