Important information and necessary issues for Shariatpur Civil Surgeon Office
It is a great pleasure to me for getting such an opportunity to present the Health Bulletin of Shariatpur District through which health status & its relevant data of this District focused in public. I have to mention the various limitations such as lack of manpower, logistic support & infrastructure facilities which are the barriers for proper health cares. In order to overcome these barriers, all these lacking should be addressed & taken in action immediately. It is to be mentioned that ``50 bedded Shariatpur District Sadar Hospital was converted into 100 Bedded one in 2003. But no manpower infrastructure facilities and logistic supports are not provided still now. Moreover , manpower and infrastructure facilities are being shortened day by day. Similar pictures are applicable to all other health facilities in the district. Some important posts especially in the District Sadar Hospital were abolished such as Security Guard, Junior Mechanic, Radiographer, Ticket clerk etc which should be recreated & fulfilled immediately. At the same time all other vacant posts, infrastructure facilities and logistic supports in the district should need special & effective attention to be addressed as early as possible. In fine, I beg pardon for my unwanted mistakes of the bulletin & presentation and convey my best compliments to all concerned for this publication. Finally, I wish to inform my special and cordial thanks to the authority of MIS, DGHS, Bangladesh for doing successfully such a great , valuable & difficult job. Thanks to all.
