Preface
It is a great effort to publish upazilla health bulletin.I am grateful to have an opportunity for presenting the real picture of my upazila health service.The bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014.I hope all the information will help to compare the qualitative and quantative service and providing the next improviding sevice paterm.To achive MDG4&MDG5 goal properly,the health bulletin will show way.The bulletin has also the information of soft drinking water and sanitation status.all the sanctioned and vacant post are published in this bulletin of 2014 .Finally I would like to congratulate the initrator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Basail Upazila Health Complex
Our indoor buildings are very old . we don’t have enough space to provide proper health care service as our number of pt is very high . Our new outdoor and indoor buildings are under construction. We need to get it handed over immediately to improve our health service. We don’t have any OT room so we can’t provide surgical treatment and emergency obstetrical management. We can solve most of our problems if our new hospital buildings which are under construction.
