Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Bandarban Upazila health office. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Bandarban District to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this Upazila. This health bulletin will help us to find constraints and also to see the results and achievements of 2014. This health bulletin also has the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status,status of Community Clinic, MMR,CMI,Status of EPI Performance of the District. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2014. EPI Performance of 2014 was 81 . I would also like to request the attention of inshore authorities about the issue. Important information and necessary issues for Bandarban (Sadar) Upazila Health Office
Bandarban sadar Upazila health office is located at the district headquater with a number of primary health care activies, Monitoring and superrvision is conducted perfectly specially on field activities .
Ministry of health is emphasizing full functioning of community clinics at field level to ensure door step primary health care services . In our Upazila health complex out of 8 doctors,8 doctors one posted. 5 Assistant Surgeon one posted in 5 Union health 8 family Welfer Centre. All of them perform their duties properly.But there is lack of Sufficient Immunization Worker in our Upazila.
