Preface
Health is one of the fundamental right of human being and the governmental has a constitutional obligation to ensure public health service to all citizen. Therefore, health population and nutrition are the focused development sector program. Present national achievements in health care indicator prove the roles of contributing local public private partnership, increasing utilization of ICT, MIS, Mobile Phone services, Tele Medicine and mass media portals.
