It is a pleasure to publish this yearly Health Bulletin 2015, containing informations like number of Health facilities, human resources, Primary Health Care, maternal and child health, immunization, Sanitary and safe drinking water status in chandpur Sadar Upazilla in 2014.Chandpur is a densely populated area on the bank of the river Meghna, It is a river port and well known, as the land of
"Rupali ilish" (Hilsha Fish). Chandpur is Commercially important and its economy and literacy are good enough.This Bulletin reveals our draw backs and scope of monitoring and evalution thus helping our future planning .This system of publishing yearly Health Bulletin introduced by MIS has added a remarkable momentum to the Health services of Bangladesh. As this bulletin is Published in MIS prescribed fixed format, resemblant informations collecting forms are to be used in field and facility levels to get authenticated data. An unique registration system should be ensured for pregnants issuing registration card with registration number to avoid duplication of number of registered pregnant women.Let us hope for a worth bulletin in future with commitment for keeping our people healthy.

Important information and necessary issues for Chandpur (Sadar) Upazila Health Office
১।উপজেলা হেলথ অফিস , চাঁদপুর সদর, চাঁদপুর এর সমস্ত কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠ ও সুন্দর ভাবে পরিচালনা করার জন্য জরুরী ভিত্তিতে একটি নিজেস্ব ভবন একান্ত প্রয়োজন।
২।উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পঃ পঃ কর্মকর্তার প্রশাসনিক ও মাঠ পর্যায় এর কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠভাবে সপ্নন্ন করার জন্য জরুরী ভিত্তিতে একখানা চারচাকা বিশিষ্ঠ গাড়ীর প্রয়োজন।
৩। ভ্যাকসিন ও অন্যান্য ঔষধ সঠিক ভাবে সংরক্ষন এর জন্য একটি জেনারেটর একান্ত প্রয়োজন।
৪। মাঠপর্যায়ের কাজ সুচারু রুপে বাস্তবায়ন এর জন্য ১৯ টি স্বাস্থ্য সহকারী পদ দ্রুত পূরন করা প্রয়োজন।
৫। সদর উপেজেলা হেলথ অফিসের জন্য একটি করে পরিছন্ন কর্মীর পদ সৃষ্টি করা প্রয়োজন।
৬। মেডিকেল অফিসার রোগ নিয়ন্ত্রন পদটিকে আকর্ষনীয় করা প্রয়োজন।
৭। মাঠকর্মী ও তদারককারীদের মাসিক নির্দিষ্ট ভ্রমন ভাতা বৃদ্ধি করা প্রয়োজন ।
