Important information and necessary issues for Lakshmipur Civil Surgeon Office
I tried my best to input all accurate data of our district. We need unlimited(10GB sealing) internet connectivity for more smooth ICT works and alternative source of power supply needed for continuous support. Our manpower shortage is also a bar. In this sector we aspect support from concern authorities. Laptop/Twin Tab for concern officers and staffs are also needed for continues monitoring and self up-gradation. We have no separate EPI store and good room for MIS. So initiative should be given to established a separate EPI store and well furnished MIS room. A guest room also needed to build over Civil Surgeon Office. One Statistical Assistant post should be created for Civil Surgeon Office. A Motor Cycle with fuel and maintenance cost should be given to Statistical Assistant to look after MIS's activity and equipment of our district.
