Langadu Upazila Health Complex | Health Bulletin 2015 |
Preface
There is a saying ‘Information is Power’. Now-a-days it’s difficult to get information without internet. For this, Health Bulletin is a great initiation to disseminate our health status to other department of government & development partners. We are very happy to publish this health bulletin of Langadu UHC 2015, which will be helpful for planning & bridging the flap in health service. This bulletin carries some information about Maternal & child health, data on disease profile, Quality of health facilities, water & sanitation, human resources- sanctioned & vacant posts of this health complex. It will also reflect our efforts, achievements, lacking & confounders; so that we can make a plan to step forward to our goals. With so many difficulties, we are trying our best to provide Quality Health Service. We need full co-operation & valuable opinions from other department & development partners to ensure Quality of Health Services & to build ‘HEALTHY BANGLADESH’. With thanks Dr. Md. Ibrahim UH&FPO LangaduUpazilla Health Complex Rangamati hill district.

Important information and necessary issues for Langadu Upazila Health Complex
Langadu is one of the most ‘Hard to reach’ area of Bangladesh, transport problem is a huge obstacle here. But the staffs of health services try to serve their best to provide quality health service to the community. This statistical display shows the quality of service of Langadu UHC. May be there are so many faults of us, but we will try ‘Hard & soul’ to improvise our services with the co-operation of the concerned authority. A number of new physicians through 33rd BCS have been joined at august 2014. Including them, hospital staffs are recommended for higher training to serve best. We have few vacant posts (consultant, dental surgeon, medical technologist etc.). If concerned authority filled up the post, community will get specialized health services with minimal cost. We also recommend repairing the equipment & which are not repairable to be replaced. Our lab should be upgraded for advance lab facilities ,which will help to diagnose properly. I hope, the area of concern may be taken care on a priority basis by higher authority. With thanks.
