Rangamati General Hospital | Health Bulletin 2015 |
Preface
It is a great pleasure for me to publish the 4th health bulletin on the Rangamati General Hospital. This health bulletin 2015 contains all health related information of Rangamati General Hospital for the year 2014. I hope all the stakeholders will be benefited from the information given here. And the planners and the development partners will find way to overcome constraints and drawbacks of the institution. By comparing with the previous health bulletin 2014 one can find overall trend in admission and death from various diseases and thereby decide where to give emphasis for betterment of services. As like the previous health bulletin 2014, this bulletin also includes the present status of MDG4 and MDG5 as well as the sanctioned and vacant posts of different staffs. I hope the publication of this bulletin will be continued in the future that will ultimately help improving the health services in the locality.

Important information and necessary issues for Rangamati General Hospital
Last year we tried to give optimum services to the beneficiaries. Even if many major surgical cases, some cardiac and pediatric cases had to refer to tertiary hospital . Here I would like to mention some important factors which will help us to give our maximum efforts TO improve the health status and to achieve good results in future. 1. The vacant post specially consultant orthopedic, Post of consultant Cardiology should be created immediately . 2. Doctors and nurses need more training exposure specially on IMCI Cardiology and EmOC . 3. A post of Statistical Assistant should be created to fill MIS data smoothly . Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
