Important information and necessary issues for Fulchari Upazila Health Complex
Important information and necessary issues for Fulchari Upazila Health Complex Though we are trying our best to provide optimum services to people, we cannot provide this due to some important factors which are already mentioned previous session.First of all there is configaration of 50 bed hospital but we cannot serve like that because of lack of proper manpower. I would like to summarize some important factors which will help us to provide optimum health services to the people: 1. The vacant positions including consultant, MOs, nurses should be filled immediately. 2. Our doctors and nurses need more training on IMCI, EmOC and other fields. 3. As our UHC was approved for 30 bed it should be immediately functioning with required manpower and logistics. 4. All the repairable equipment’s should be repaired and other important instruments like ECG, incubator, colorimeter, phototherapy machine should be supplied as soon as possible. 5. We have more 5 female HA who need CSBA training Finally I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years and I think it will provide some important issues for the concern authority to take proper action to improve our services and facilities which will ensure improved health care to the people of our area. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
