Preface
Quality health service delivery is yet a challange in my hospital deu to many reasors. We need to overcome same important constraints spccialy the acute human resours crisis as an immediate measure . The vacant post should be filed and manpower for 100 bedded hospital should be provided immediately . Our Doctors & Nurses need more training on IMCI & EmOC . All the repairable equipments should be repaird as soon as possible . MSR storage facility is indeguate. Condemnation of rejected/nonfunctional goods is to be done immadiatly. Finally I am very happy to publish this health bulletin of 2014 because this ducument will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years.

Important information and necessary issues for Gaibandha District Hospital
Quality Service dalivary and Patients satisfaction is always the biggest chalange in the goverment hospitals even in the most resourceful ones. Gaibandha Adhunik sadar hospital was upgraded from 50 bed hospital to 100 bed hospital more than a decade before but still run by the incomplete manpower setup of 50 bed hospital. The number of cleaners is inadequate with no post for the Sequrity gwrds. Infrastructural limitations and dispossal of old/damaged goods are other important issues. In these circumstances itwas very hard for the service providers to deliver quality service to the patients inspite of their utmost effort. Still then I am pleased to say that service delivery in all sections of my hospital is incrasing both quantitatively and qualitatively. I hope that the service delivery in my hospital will be further improved if the above mentioned issues are adressed positively in the up coming days . Finally I am happy to publish the health bulletin 2015 .
