Important information and necessary issues for Sadullapur Upazila Health Complex
Last year we could not be able to give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to the following reasons: 1) Post of 14 doctors were vacant. Among the six doctors, tow doctors were in Gaibandha Sador Hospital on deputation. 2) Only 4 posts of SSN were filled up out of 11 posts. 3) Ambulance service was out of order following road traffic accident. Here I would like to mention some important things which will help us: 1) All vacant posts of SSN has already been filled up. 2) In the mean time we have got a very nice ambulance. 3) We have got a refregerator bio-chemical and serological agents from district office for our pathology department. 4) One ECG mechine we have already received from CMSD-Dhaka. 5) Construction work of four new community clinic has already been started. 6) We have already distributed Laptops and Tablets among employes of different disciplines. 7) In the mean time we have already completed some activities- like. (a) Four meal system instead of daily routine three meal for every patient. (b) Health education related wall writting has already been completed. (c) Clinliness regarding hospital and its premises we have given special emphasis. Comment: The vacant post of the doctors should immediately be fulfilled. If it is done very soon , we hope that our service quality for the patient will definitely be improved.
