Important information and necessary issues for Kalai Upazila Health Complex
Now a days we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health service due to some reasons. Here,I would like to mention some important recommendations that would be helpful to improve the health service facilities in our UHC. These are- 1. All types of vacant post should be filled immediately. 2. Doctors and nurses need training in different fields like, Anesthesia, Emoc, IMCI and NCD.. 3. All non functioning equipments should repair immediately. 4. UH&FPO should provide a vehicle to supervise every sector of his activities. 5. Store facilities in UHC is very poor and backdated. A modern digital store room of at least 3000 - 5000 sq.ft. is urgently needed to prevent damage of MSR and logistics. 6. A well-equipped conference room of at least 100 sets should be constructed immediately for training program and meeting. 7. The UHFPO should have financial power and budget allocation to solve the emergency need of MSR of UHC. 8. UHFPO should be powered to spend at least 50% of local revenue collection of UHC to solve the emergency needs of UHC. 9. Manpower mobilization/transfer by the higher authority should be done with prior concern of local authority.
