Preface
I am delighted to know that the health bulletin of Bagerhat district hospital for the year 2015 is going to be published. This bulletin is a mirror image of the hospitals performance and status, where various services provided in the year 2014 from all the departments engaged in the hospital has been projected. Total performance of the district referral center can be shared, evaluated and compared. In spite of significant development, many things are yet to be done, especially filling the vacant posts.
I am sure this bulletin will also help in future planning, allocation of budget and fulfilling all the laps and gaps in respect of resources as well as service delivering.

Important information and necessary issues for Bagerhat District Hospital
I like to draw kind attention of my higher authorities and all concencd on the following issues of Bagerhat Sadar Hospital :-
1. The vacant post of Doctors and Supporting staffs should be filled immediately.
2. Doctors and Nurses and Statistician and Other staffs need training on Computer, EOC, IMCI and others.
3. We are seriously in need of a surgery, orthopedics, Gyn & obs, dental surgeon, pathology, cardiology, ENT. Medicine consultant to achieve desired health services.
If all these problems are solved we should be able to put our maximum efforts for the improvement of health services of Bagerhat Sadar Hospital.
