Important information and necessary issues for Bagerpara Upazila Health Complex
১) ৩৫ টি স্বাস্থ্য সহকারীর পদের বিপরীতে কর্মরত আছে মাত্র ১৫ জন।
২) মেডিকেল টেকনোলোজষ্টি রেডিওলোজি পদটি বহুদিন যাবৎ শুন্য থাকায় এক্সরে কার্যক্রম বন্ধ আছে।
৩) ২০১০ সালে উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য কমপ্লেক্স হাসপাতালটি ৩১শয্যা থেকে ৫০ শয্যায় উন্নিত হলেও অদ্যবধি
৫০শয্যার জনবলের অনুমোদন এবং নিয়োগ না করায় স্বাস্থ্য সেবা প্রদানে খুবই অসুবিধা হচ্ছে।
৪) শুন্য পদের বিপরীতে জনবলের নিয়োগদান হলে কাজের মান এবং পরিমান আরও বৃদ্ধি পাবে বলে।
৫) ৭টি ইউনিয়ন স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যান কেন্দ্রে থেকে প্রদত্ত স্বাস্থ্য সেবার তথ্য এই বুলটিন এ সংযোযিত
হয় নাই।
