Khoksha Upazila Health Complex | Health Bulletin 2015 |
Preface
"Service to mankind is service to GOD" and health service is the front liner. Long felt necessity to disseminate our annual performance is now becomes a reality by publishing this Local Health Bulletin 2015, which is an act of great pleasure for me. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014. I hope this health bulletin as a document can help the central and local managers, the line departments and field level staffs to analyze the situation of our upazila for planning, reviewing & undertaking necessary steps for qualitative & quantitative improvement of health services. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to indicate the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information of safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. Also have information of EPI status and the condition of community clinics, both of which are the most popular & people- friendly initiative of health services. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin 2014. I like to draw attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead towards Digital Bangladesh. DR. MD. ABDUS SALAM UH&FPO Upazila Health Complex, Khoksa, Kushtia.

Important information and necessary issues for Khoksha Upazila Health Complex
Last year we could not give our maximum effort to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. The vacant post should be filled immediately. 2. our doctors and nurses need more training on IMCI. 3. All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible. Finally we are very happy to prepare this Health Bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in up coming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future
