Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of kalaroa upazila.This health bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014.This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of kalaroa Upazila to other line department and development partners of health.I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila.Government health office has many data stored in the file.This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achivement of 2014.The bulletin contains the status of MDG4 & MDG5 Which will help to localize the MDG targets.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila.All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2014.I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into to this issue.Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us on step ahead toward digital Bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues for Kalaroa Upazila Health Complex, Satkhira
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons.Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future.1. The vacant post should be filled up immediately.2.Our doctors and nurse need more training on IMCI.3.Necessary equipments which are absent in this hospital e.g ultrasonagram Machine ,ECG Machine etc should be supplied as soon as possible.4.LLP should be followed and encouraged.5.Number of Community Clinic and the bed capacity of health complex should be increased.6.All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible.7.We have 11 female HA who need CSBA refreshment training.Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years.This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advices for farthur improvement in future.
