Preface

   I am really excited having informed about the publication of Local Health Bulletin 2016 under the direct supervision of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the ultimate aim and objective of this endeavor is to enhance the degree of state of mind in providing service among us to the extent. To make health services available on a regular basis for the residents of Rowangchari, as a one of the remote Upazilas in Hill Tracts is really tough. Information on the availability of human resources, necessary tools being used in this locality and what types of health services provided here in the past will be found in this bulletin which will definitely help to make a comparative statement on the services provided between the current and the previous years.

   I personally believe that an attempt in publishing such bulletin will remarkably encourage the persons who are involved in performing this humanitarian activity between each and every Upazila.
