Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
1.For reporting we need a structured recording system. We dont have Health Management Information System, HMIS in place. We feel the importance of ICD 10 coding system. But due to paucity of trained persons we are not able to report in accordance with ICD 10 system. We would like to have assistance in installing HMIS at NIO&H and train required persons to execute it. We are planning to give training to the concerned personnel on ICD coding system in June 2014 and start on manual recording then after. 2.For efficient networking in the hospital we need a PABX system 3.Training of MIS staffs and doctors are needed.
