Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
In conclusion ,our interpretation is that, last year we could not deliver optimum health service to the people of the upazila due to many reasons, most of which are reflected in this Health Bulletin. But we tried our level best with existing facilities to deliver quality health service to the people. I like to mention some important issues which will help us to achieve good results in future.** All the vacant posts should be filled up immediately.** This UHC should be taken under EmOC or DSF project and necessary number of Doctors and Nurses should be given basic EmOC training. ** Rest of the Doctors, SACMOs and Nurses who didn`t get basic IMCI training should be trained up very soon. **All the female HAs should be trained as CSBA. ** Basic and Refresher Training on different subjects should be arranged time to time for all level Health Care Providers.** To appoint an Ultrasonologist.**A new ambulance is to be supplied very soon for this UHC.** Supply of all needed Equipments is to be ensured and repairable Equipments specially X-ray machine should be repaired as soon as possible. Finally we are happy to publish this Health Bulletin of 2015 because this Document will enable us to compare our progress in upcoming years.
