Preface
I am very much glad to have the opportunity to publish the 3rd health bulletin of Bhairab Upazilla Health Complex of Kishoreganj district. It will help to disseminate almost all information of health related events of 2013 of Bhairab to other line department and development partners of health and also all organizations both government and non government those work on helth related events. It will also help the general people to get health related service information of Bhairab Health Complex.It will help us to take necessary actions to improve the service delivery and also help us to take proper measures for correct record keeping procedure.I hope all information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila.The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2013. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead.
