Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of kuliarchar Upazila.This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013.This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of kuliarchar Upazila to other line department and development partners of health.I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planing and briding the gaps in health services of this Upazila.Government health office has many data stored in the fine.This health bulletin will help us to fined constrains and also to see the results and Achivements of 2013.The health bulletin Contrains the status of MDG4 and MDG5 Which will kelp to localize the MDG targets.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the Upazila.All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2013.I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into to this issue.Finally i would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one steep ahead toward digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Kuliarchar Upazila Health Complex |
 Last year we can give our maximum efforts improve the health ststus due many reasons.Here I like mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future.1.The vacant post should be Fillup immediately.2.our doctors and nurse need more training on IMCI.3.Namber of community clinic and the bed capacity of the health complex should be increased.4.All the repairable equipment should be repaird as soon as possible.Finaly i am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2013 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years.This is very useful docoment and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
