Important information and necessary issues for Tarail Upazila Health Complex |
Here I like to mention some important factors which should be solved as early as possible for achieving better results in health service in future. 1) Manpower issue:- This health complex is a 50 beded hospital. Most of the posts are still now vacant . In addition to this upazila, a large number of people come here to get health services from surrounding upazila eg. Itna, Madan, Kendua, Nandail, Karimgonj etc. Due to shortage of man power of some important posts it is very difficult to provide better services to the people. So the vacant posts should be filled up immediately, specially the posts of Doctor, RMO, Medical officer /assistant surgeon , Junior consultants ( Obs & Gyne, Ophthanology etc) , nurses. Due to shortage of Medical Officer /Assistant Surgeon ,nurses, we can not give proper attention to the admitted patients & Out door Patients. Other important vacant posts are MT(Lab) Nursing supervisor etc. 2) Initiate OT service:- Necessary action should be taken to initiate OT service by posting Junior consultants ( Obs,& Gyne ) . As this health complex is under DSF Maternal Health Voucher Scheme , it is very urgent to fill up the posts of Junior consultants (Obs & Gyne ) for performing cesarean operation.
