Data collection, compilation, analysis & publication is a complex process.It is the indicator of health delivery system and guideline for future planning. Important information and necessary issues for Tungibari Upazila Health Complex |
 For ensuring better management of the emergency department at least 4 EMO posts should be created.OT selective staffs are needed to run the operation theater properly. Number of class 4 employees needed to be increased.Category wise frequent training needed.Financial power to handle local needs should be increased.For better surveillance,field visit and monitoring,a four- wheeler vehicle is needed. Promotion scope should be increased after definite time and duration.New furniture is needed to solve accommodation problem in the office building.To face frequent load shedding high power IPS is needed. One (1) new ambulance highly needed to carry the seriously ill patient to higher hospital.
