Important information and necessary issues for Haluaghat Upazila Health Complex |
Haluaghat upazila is a boarder once upazila adjacent to the Megalaya province of India .It is a 50 bed health complex and it has 3 union sub centers (RD).Out of 34 proposed community clinics 20 are functioning. There are 8 union Health and family welfare centres (UH &F WC) in this Upazila, which are run by the FWVs and SACMOs. One Private Hospital are servicing here. There are several diagnostic Center are Providing services. MNCH & DSF activities are present in this Upazila But Lack of anesthesiologist we can't provide the Caesarean services. If we get one anesthesiologist then cesarean & DSF service will be incresed .We need all the proposed Community Clinics to render services at the doorstep of the villagers. I feel proud that my staff are delivering good services to the poor villagers with so many limitation. I like to mention some important factors which will help us to improve our services in future . These are:- 1.Vacant post should be filled up immediately. 2.Deputation should be cancelled so that they can provide services in this Upazila . 3. Number of community clinics should be increased. 4. The repairable equipments should be repaired as early as possible. Finally I am very happy to publish this health bulletin of 2013, because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years with thanks.
