Preface
Welcome you all to the Local Health Bulletin 2014,which contains health related documents & other information relating to the Government health service.The records of past activiti will tell us the background & building up of future plan to improve the overall health service in Belabo Upazilla.From last few Years we are publishing Health Bulletin regularly.I think this process will run continuously & will improve the quality of health bulletin also improve the total health service system.Publishing Health Bulletin is a difficult process.Data record,collection,correction,compilation & publication, maintaining the the reality-- all are important & sensitive.I think from this background we will be able to make a better healthy nation.Comparatively this bulletine shows better data bank & also good printing quality. New information about Community Clinic will show the developed result in national health status.Community Clinic already proved their efficiency as a successful rootlevel health worker.Community clinic has opened a new bright horizon in health sector.Our great leader Sheikh Hasina touched the heart of our rural people by restarting the activitis of community clinic. At present Belabo Upazilla Hospital running with 31 bed sanction.Construction for 50 bed Hospital is complete,but but no other activitis like manpower,MSR Budget not yet established. I like to thanks my colleagues & everybody who helped me in publishing such type of a Health Bulletin.

Important information and necessary issues for Belabo Upazila Health Complex |
 For ensuring better management at least four EMO post should be created to run the emergency department smoothly.To run operation theatre selective staffs should be trained up on a regular basis.All doctors should be trained up about Administrative subject for better monitoring field visit & a four whealer vehicle & a cell phone is highly needed. Financial power to handle local needs should be increased Promotion scope should be incraesed after define time period. Doctors those are seving remove & hard to reach areas should have incentive. The old office building should be repaired thoroughly to overcome the present embarassing condition. Total security system should be established to secure doctors, health staffs & information . To face frequent loadsedding high power IPS should be abailable RMO post should be upgraded. All class of health staffs & officers should be transferrable within definite period of time..
