Important information and necessary issues for Netrokona District Hospital |
Last year we could not provide our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important approaches factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. The Vacant Consultant post should be filled immediately.. 2. Our doctor and nurse need more training on IMCI, Emoc, CBE, VIA and other. 3. All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible. 4. We need more cleaners and security guard which can be manage from out sourcing fund if available 5. Infrastructure of the hospital is not yet established completely. 6. We need 100 bed staff strength. Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2013 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.Urgent steps should be taken to complete the Infrastructure of the hospital.
