Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Shakhipur Upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013.This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Shakhipur upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the result and achievements of 2013 The bulleting contains the status of MDG4 and MDG5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. The health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the Upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant post are published in this bulletin of 2013. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look at this issue. Important information and necessary issues for Sakhipur Upazila Health Complex |
Last year we could not achieve our all targets due to many reasons. Here I like mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. The vacant post should be filled immediately. 2. Our doctors and nurses need more training on EmOC& IMCI. 3. We have 31 female HA among them 14 HA are trained CSBA and other 17 female HA need CSBA training. 4. Ultrasonography machine with trained manpower is needed. 5. As our health complex is 50 beded post of 4th class employs should increase. DSF&TMNCP (Tangail maternal, Neonatal & child Health programme ) is well functioning in our health complex.
