      This is the 3rd Local Health Bulletin of ROWANGCHARI Upazila. We are very happy to publish this Local Health Bulletin. This Bulletin we can compare our achievement with all other upazila in Bangladesh. This bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help us to localize the MDG targets. To follow this Health Bulletin-2013, we explain our fed-back and modify our work plane for which achieve more to reach the goal.
