Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of kasba upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013.this bulletin is published to disseminate the information of kasba upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data stored inthe fine. this health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2013. the bulletin contains the status of MDG4 and MDG5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. this health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. all the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2013. I like to take attention of this higher authority to look into to this issue.Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Kashba Upazila Health Complex |
 Expanded program of immunization(EPI) goes smoothly in this upazila. We have the following performance. BCG 100%, Polio 99%, Panta1 99%, Panta2 99%, Panta3 100%, Measles 99%. TT5 22%, Fully vaccination child(FVC) 99%. Total IMCI treatment Patients 6382. Last year We could not give our maximum efforts improve the health status due to many reasons. here I like mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. The vacant post should be filled immediately. 2. Our doctor and SSN need more training on IMCI. 3. Number of Community Clinic and the bed capacity of the health complex should be increased . 4. all the repairable equipment`s should be repaired as soon as possible. 5. We have 15 female HA but only 5 HA CSBA trained and 2 HA going for CSBA training other 8 HA need CSBA training. Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2012 because this document will help us to compare our progress in up coming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future. We need Anesthetist , Surgery Consultant & Gynae Consultant and a generator. A hall room for better functioning of the UHC.
