Preface
I am very glad to publish this yearly health bulletin of Upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013. It is published to disseminate the information of Upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps between health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find out the constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2013. This bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila, all the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2013. I like to bring the attention of the higher authority to look into to this issues. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Roujan Upazila Health Complex |
 Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important facts which will help us to achieve good results in future, 1. The vacant post should be filled immediately. 2. Our doctors and nurses need more training on IMCI. 3. Number of community clinic should be increased. 4. All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible. 5. All female health assistants need CSBA training. 6. Upazilla Health complex should be upgraded to 50 bed Hospital. 7. One Conference room and one store should be constructed as soon as possible. 8. All sub centers should be repaired. Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2013 because this document will help us to compare our progress in coming years, This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
