Preface
I am very glad to know that health bulletin 2014 for Dighinala upazila is going to be published .The health bulletin contains all the health related informations of the year 2014 .I hope the informations of this Bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gape in health services of this upazila and it also help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievement 0f 2013. It is mentioned here that infrastructure has not yet been constructed for this UHC . For this reasons the health services hampering too much .

Important information and necessary issues for Dighinala Upazila Health Complex |
 Dighinala Upazila Health complex is one of the most vital and crucial upazila in khagrachari hill tracts. It is not only for its huge population but for its strategic location. Communication with two more upazila of Rangamati is very good. They also creates burden for dighinala U.H.C.So for huge population facility of dighinala U.H.C. is insufficient and inadequate .Ours only 10 indoor beds .Our bed occupancy rate is higher. So number of bed should be increased sufficiently. Frequent load shedding and low voltage problem is other major problems for U.H.C.because of non functioning of X-ray machine due to low voltage.But among them own infrastructure for U.H.C is needed in very short time.
