Rangamati General Hospital | Health Bulletin 2014 |
Preface
It is a great pleasure for me to publish the 3nd health bulletin on the Rangamati General Hospital. This health bulletin 2014 contains all health related information of Rangamati General Hospital for the year 2013. I hope all the stakeholders will be benefited from the information given here. And the planners and the development partners will find way to overcome constraints and drawbacks of the institution. By comparing with the previous health bulletin 2013one can find overall trend in admission and death from various diseases and thereby decide where to give emphasis for betterment of services. As like the previous health bulletin 2013, this bulletin also includes the present status of MDG4 and MDG5 as well as the sanctioned and vacant posts of different staffs. I hope the publication of this bulletin will be continued in the future that will ultimately help improving the health services in the locality.

Important information and necessary issues for Rangamati General Hospital |
Last year we could not give optimum services to the beneficiaries. Many major surgical cases, some cardiac and pediatric cases had to refer to tertiary hospital . Here i would like to mention some important factors which will help us to give our maximum efforts improve the health status and to achieve good results in future. 1. The vacant post specially consultant orthopedic, consultant Pediatric, consultant Cardiology should be filled immediately . 2. Doctors and nurses need more training specially on IMCI . Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2013 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
