Important information and necessary issues for Gaibandha District Hospital |
Quality Service dalivary and Patients satisfaction is always the biggest chalange in the goverment hospitals even in the most resourceful ones. Gaibandha Adhunik sadar hospital was upgraded from 50 bed hospital to 100 bed hospital more than a decade before but still run by the incomplete manpower setup of 50 bed hospital. The number of cleaners is inadequate with no post for the Sequrity gwrds. Infrastructural limitations and dispossal of old/damaged goods are other important issues. In these circumstances itwas very hard for the service providers to deliver quality service to the patients inspite of their utmost effort. Still then I am pleased to say that service delivery in all sections of my hospital is incrasing both quantitatively and qualitatively. I hope that the service delivery in my hospital will be further improved if the above mentioned issues are adressed positively in the up coming days . Finally I am happy to publish the health bulletin 2014 .
