Preface
I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of this upazila. Patnitala Upzila is Conslituted with 11 Union & 33 Words and Total Population is 2,20,605. This Upzila is situated on the side of the river Atrai. 5 Sub-senters 1 RD,28 Community clinic is funtioning here & fifty bed Hospital provided services to the peaple.This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013.This bulletin is poblished to disseminate the information of this upazila to other department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data.stored in this file.This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2012.The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 Which will help to loca lize the MDG targets.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upzila All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2013.I like to take attention of the higher authority to look in to this issue.Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital bangladesh.

In this Upazila There is no X-ry facility now.The X-ry machine is repairable.We have communicated with the proper authority but they are not responding.We need fax machine,scanner,photocopic machine,multimedia for programe and office works to be supplied & x-ry machine to be repaired as soon as possible although. I have corrsponds with the appropriat authoroty severrel times.
