Preface
I am very very glad that I have published the Health Bulletin of 2013. This Bulletin is the mirror of Health Services of this Mohanpur Upazila though only few Medical Officers and Asstt. Surgeon are posted. Most of the important posts are vacant. Many Data of Govt. has been stored in the Bulletin. It will help us to find constairs. This Bulletin has also the importance on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the people of this Upazila. The Bulletin compares the status of MDG-4 & MDG-5 which will help to the MDG target.The bulletin shows the posts of Jr. Consultants and RMO are vacant The new building for 19 beds have not been approved officially. Important information and necessary issues for Mohanpur Upazila Health Complex |
 This Health Bulletin has been published for 2013 for the acknowledgement about Health condition of the people of Mohanpur Upazila. From the Bulletin we come to know how the few doctors give services to the 190957 People of this upazila. For the people of the mohanpur more doctors of surgery, medicine, Gynae & Anesthesia are needed If we wish to give proper treatment to the people. We need equipments I.E. X-ray machine, Foetal monitor, Microscope, Reagent for laboratory. For the surgical diseases surgeons are needed. For IMCI for MDG-4 Pediatricians are immediately needed. For management of diseases more drugs are needed. If we want give services we need more man power and equipments. In the last year 2013 at UHC posts of Jr. consultant surgery, Anesthesia, Medicine, RMO are vacant. This UHC is 31 beaded but upgraded to 50 beds is necessary. New building has been opened on 17.1.2013 But it has been not approved by the health ministry. Number of beds form 31 to 50 will be increased. New ambulance, X-ray machine and other necessary equipment are needed immediately. If 50 beads building will run for the treatment of the people, junior consultants are posted, the people will receive better treatment and they will be satisfied. Dr. Md.
