Preface
At first I wish to express my profound gratitude to the almighty Allah for giving me the opportunity to carry on this health bulletin of Gangachara Health Complex of Rangpur District. This present bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013 of this Upazila. It will disseminate the information of health facilities Social health, maternal and foetal outcome of this Upazila. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for further planing and bridging the gaps in health Service of this Upazila. This bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 & MDG-5 which will help to localize future MDG target for 2015. It will also help us to find constrains and also see the achievement of 2013. I would like to extend my thanks to initiators of health bulletin software who made their contribution to the development of integration program to build digital Bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues for Gangachara Upazila Health Complex |
 Sanctioned post of health assistant is 43 only 30 are present. From 30, 2 (Two) is deputed to IHT for education and 2 (Two) is Matanity Leave . Now there are only 26. For this reason EPI activities is not going smoothly. As there is 36 hard to reach area of EPI. So it should be filled up very soon otherwise, we cannot achieve MDG. Regarding ward-boy sanction post is 3, 2 are present. By this 2 ward-boy we cannot maintain Emergency ward-boy roster. Ward-boy sanctioned post should be increased. Dr. Abu Md.
