Preface
I am very happy to publish the important health Bulletin -2014 of Mongla Upazila Health Complex, Bagerhat.This Bulletin contains and express all the Health related data of the year 2013 of Mongla Upazila Health Complex. . It will help us to get the valuable opinion of others and also to see the achievements of the year 2013. It contains the status of MDG 4 & 5, the information of safe drinking water and sanitation status of this Upazila. All the sanctioned, filledup and vaccant posts have published in this Bulletin of this UHC. I am requesting to the higher authority to look into this issue. I hope the data of this bulletin will help for planning to provide better health services of this Upazila. Important information and necessary issues for Mongla Upazila Health Complex |
 Last year we could not show our maximum efforts to improve the health service providing status due to many reason. Here I want to say some important factors which will help us to achieve the good results. 1) The vaccant pots should be filled up immideately. 2) Our doctors & Nurses need more taining on EmOC and IMCI. 3) We are in need seriously at least an Anaesthetist, one Junior Consultant Surgery and one Junior Consultant Medicine to achieve the terget of MDG 4 & 5. 4) All the repairable equipment should be repaired soon and to ensure the supply at least a diathermy & a large electric Auto clave machine for this hospital. 5) Our X-ray servjce is not runing for the want of a Radiographer. All of our female health assistant and CHCP need CSBA training to increase the facility based normal deliveries. Finaly I am very happy to publish this health bulletin of 2014 which belongs the data of the year 2013 because this documents will helps us to compare our progress in up coming years . It also help the people to understand the health services and provide us useful advice for improvement in future. .
