Important information and necessary issues for Jhenaidah District Hospital |
Here I would like to mention some important factors which will help us to achive better results in future. 1. This 100 Bedded District Hospital is running with 50 Beds hospital manpower. The Strength of manpower should have to be raised up-to standard setting of 100 Bedded District Hospital, 2. All the vacant post should be filled-up immediatly. 3. Our doctor's, Nurses and other releted health personnel need more trainning on IMCI, ARI , Diarrhoel disease management, ICD-10 etc. 4. Our bed occupancy rate is 165%( Yearly average) so, the number of beds should be increased from 100 beds to 250 beds.By this time Hon'ble Prime Minister announced this hospital 100 bed to 250 Bed 5. We need more equipment and manpower to run our ICU & NICU 6. All repairable equipment should be repaired as early as possible.
