Preface
I am very glad to publish the health bulletin of upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gape in health services of this upazila. The bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help to locate the MDG targets and also to see the acheivement of 2013. This health bulletin also contains the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of upazila.

Important information and necessary issues for Fultala Upazila Health Complex |
 I would like to mention some important issues for improvement of health services. 1. Our doctors and nurses especially the consultant posts are vacant. 2. All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible. Finally I am very glad to write this health bulletin of 2013 as the document will help us to compair our programme in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future. I am very sorry to say that our health dept. has no headache to filup the vacant post of sweapers,mlss,aya, and night guards. So it is very defficult to clean this hospital. After conversion of 31 bed hospital to 50 bed hospital, Many post of doctors and nurses has been created. But no new post of sweaper ,aya and guard has been created for 50 bed hospital. Inspite of above short coming we are providing better health services to the people of this area 24 hours.In the last year bulletin I mentioned the above problems and suggested to solve the problems to provide better health services. But even after one year of publishing last bulletin we get at all no result from higher authority.
