Preface
Health is one of the fundamental rights of human being. So health service should be up to the mark. Service providers should have accountability to the service receivers. We think that we have responsibility to make clear the ins and out of our service, provided to the community. On that ground we are delighted to have the chance of publishing our health bulletin each year. We have a good achievement in EPI,IMR,MMR,IMCI,Emoc,Diarrhea Control. Our Prime Minister has own the `` South-South award '' on health status.
