Preface
As the health information is very important for the 'Dream Tour' of 'Digital Bangladesh' we are going to publish our 3rd issue of 'Health Bulletin-2014' of Upazila Health Complex lakhai (data belong to 2013). Lakhai upazila is almost a remote upazila of habiganj district. It has 06 unions, 65 villages and 162081 population.The socio-economic condition is not satisfactory in this upazila. Most of the land of lakhai upazila inundate under water in the rainy season. Lakhai upazila health complex is a 31 beded hospital, 02 Union Sub center(USC), 04 Union Health & Family Welfare Center(UH&FWC) and 15 Community Clinics under its administrative control. With these facilities we have to provide health services of the large population of upazila. By reading this 'Health Bulletin-2014' you all are can understand how we are going with our services and to provide us the important advice for improvement in future.

Important information and necessary issues for Lakhai Upazila Health Complex |
 We are trying our level best to provide best health services to the people within our limited abilities.Here we like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good performance in future. 1. Internet speed and coverage must be upgraded to the rural area (at least upazila level) for the digitalization of health information and quick response. 2. The vacant post should be filled up immediately. 3. All the repairable equipment should be repaired as soon as possible. 4. Digital Camera,Ultra sonogram & Photocopy Machine must need for digitalization the health information & services. 5. Ambulance should be supplied as soon as possible for the patients.
