Preface
I am very glad to publish the health bulletin of Chhatak Upazilla. This bulletin contains all the Health relative information of 2013 This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Chhatak upazilla to other line department and development partners of Health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this Upazilla govt. health offices has many data stored in the file . This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievement of 2013. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 is and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MD4 targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the Upazilla. All the sanctioned and vacant posts and published in this bulletin of 2014. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look in to this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin. Software for setting us one step a head towards digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues for Chhatak Upazila Health Complex |
 Last year also we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. The main reasons are shortage of class IV employees. All the post of MLSS are vacant.In the year 2013 , temporary recruitment are achieved in the month of September through MNHI project. Six SSN , and about 12 class four employees are recruited in Chhatak UHC and 10 bed hospital Kaitak under Chhatak Upazila.There was no govt recruitment of any employee. Number of community clinic and the bed capacity of the health complex should be increased. Some female health Asstt. should receive CSBA training. Finally I am very happy to write this Health bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in up coming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improve in future. .
