Important information and necessary issues for Beanibazar Upazila Health Complex |
Important information and necessary issues for Beanibazar Upazila Health Complex. For last 6 years, we received the best performance award as Emoc UHC in Sylhet Division. Beanibazar is one of the highest electricity load shedding area in Bangladesh. We have no generator. So, one generator is our urgent requirement. We need one anesthesia consultant . X-ray, ECG, Ultrasonography facility must be ensured. All repairable equipment should be repaired, non repairable items should be condemned & condemned items should be disposed quickly to disocuppy the space. Here I want to state that, there is no specific store room in any UHC. For that- medicine, other medical items & various kinds of unusable/condemned items be put in many rooms, either & hither. So it is necessary to take active action for this purpose. There is a great problem in land ownership of beanibazar upazilla health complex, beanibazar old hospital, tilpara union sub-centre & charkhai union sub-centre. Namjari & land record in favors of health & family welfare ministry should be done by interministrial dialoge with land communication ministry. Financial power to handle local needs should be increased. An emergency fund must be available to handle urgent need for better management. A four wheel vehicle is needed to field visit & monitoring. As no CSBA, training for female HA & FWA must be arranged. Promotion scope should be increased after definite time & duration. Finally I express my gratefulness to all those initiators who gave us scope to focus our important issues to the higher authority.
