Preface
I am very much glad to have the opportunity to publish the 4th health bulletin of Bhairab Upazilla Health Complex of Kishoreganj district. It will help to disseminate almost all information of health related events of 2014 of Bhairab to other line department and development partners of health and also all organizations both government and non government those work on health related events. It brings the opportunity of the general people to get health related service information of Bhairab Health Complex. Help us to take appropriate actions to improve the service delivery and to take necessary measures to formulate proper documentation. I hope all information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila.The bulletin contain the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to estimate the local targets. Information regarding safe drinking water and sanitation status of this upazila has also included. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin . I would like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for movingahead.
