Preface
Raipura is the Greatest Upazila in Bangladesh. It is under Narsingdi District.It has 24 Unions. Eight unions are hard to reach. River Maghna runs inside this Upazila. River Arial Khan and Brahmaputra also runs inside this Upazila.too.
Former National Poet Late Shamsur Rahman, Poet Alauddin Al Azad ,Bir Sresto Motiur Rahman,Internatinal Artist Md. Shahabuddin was born in this Upazila.There are six Railway station in this Upazila. Upazila's 85% people's are leaves on cultivating.There are one UHC,Two USC,18 H&FWC ,One Primary Teachers Training Institute( PTI ), three colleges,45 High schools , 190 Gov.
