Important information and necessary issues for Sherpur 100 bed District Sadar Hospital
1. District Hospital stands to 100 bed but its manpower and structure 50 beded.
2. Doctor & Other staff position remain vacant for long time.
3. Sanitary System Not Adequate. as well as several roam sanitary fully not usable.
4. Human Resource Not Adequate.
5. Surgery & Orthopedic Consultant vacant for long time. Bed occupancy rate of DH above 225%. But many post of doctors, nurses & other staff are vacant. All vacant post should be filled up immediately.
