Chandpur Civil Surgeon Office | Health Bulletin 2015 |
Preface
I am honored to publish the “Health Bulletin 2014” of Chandpur District. This Bulletin contains all the important information on health related issues of Chandpur district of the year 2014. This health bulletin will elucidate the constrains as well as the success of the year 2014. It reflects the health status of the whole district at a glance. It contains the status of MDG4 and MDG5; thereby it will illuminate the MDG target and achievement simultaneously. Unfortunately our MDG achievement does not correlate with the actual national status; but we are happy to sort out our limitations of under reporting. That’s why I am grateful to MIS that they are helping us to find out our area to give concentration. In spite of that, I am very happy to declare that the percentage of fully vaccinated child as well as measles coverage of chandpur district was 97% during the year 2014. At last but not the least, I am very glad to congratulate the originator and all the staffs related to the health bulletin software for directing us one step ahead towards the Digital Bangladesh. With Thanks.

Important information and necessary issues for Chandpur Civil Surgeon Office
I would like to focus some issues which have already become the crying need for the development of health sector of our district. Firstly, I want to ask for the set up of EPI stores at CS office as well as at all UHCs, as from the very beginning we are keeping our valuable logistics at passages (varanda) which lead to risk of damage of those materials. Secondly, we need 4 wheeled vehicle for our UHFPO as they need to go for regular field visits and they have to move on emergencies. This is all about our demand and request to help us to work with confidence for the success of government of Bangladesh. As it is a good platform to talk, I have taken the opportunity to get your support. Thanks a lot for your time and consideration.
