Barkal is a remote upa-zila of Rangamati. There is scarcity of electric supply &water supply. Peoples are poor here. Our health complex has manpower shortage. We want up gradation of our U.H.C into 31 bedded hospital. We also want necessary manpower which are shortage to smoothly running the U.H.C &ensuring proper care of the neglected peoples of this Upa-zila.
